CrossFit Group Class

Full body cardio and weight group workouts. All experience levels can participate.

What to Expect

Our classes are programmed to be full body cardio and weight group workouts. All experience levels can participate. The group classes will burn calories, get you stronger, improve cardio capacity, and help individuals learn proper lifting techniques. Be a part of a friendly community and great CrossFitting environment that wants you to succeed.

Olympic Weightlifting

Technique-driven class offered 3 days a week, included with CrossFit membership. Not for beginners.

What You Get

  • Offered 3 days a week (included with CF membership)
  • 6, 8, and 10 week training cycles
  • Focuses on Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, and Squatting
  • Requires minimum 3 months CrossFit experience

What to Expect

This class is an expansion of the skills weightlifting section seen in our daily CF programming. It runs on 6, 8, and 10 week long cycles working to improve technique and strength for lifting. Participants should have a minimum of 3 months CrossFit style weightlifting experience and have developed familiarity with Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, and Squatting. For those not yet ready, consistent attendance to CF class will develop the necessary skills.

Barbell Club

Exclusive membership for weightlifters with comprehensive programming and individualized coaching.

What You Get

  • 7 days a week facility access
  • 5 days/week of weightlifting programming
  • On-demand individualized coaching
  • Priority use of lifting equipment, platforms, blocks

What to Expect

Barbell Club is a membership exclusively for weightlifters, separate from the CF membership. It offers more comprehensive programming and more flexibility. Members have access 7 days a week during operating hours with priority use of barbells, platforms, pull/jerk blocks. Individuals must have proficiency with the Olympic lifts or equivalent weightlifting class experience. Acceptance is subject to club manager approval.

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching for athletes who want individualized programming and dedicated attention.

Access the facility on your own time for independent training. Available 7 days a week.
